METHANEX CORPORATION - NOTICE OF CASH DIVIDEND

Methanex Corp.'s board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of 17.5 U.S. cents per share. The dividend will be payable on Dec. 31, 2022, to holders of common shares of record on Dec. 17, 2022.
