METHANEX CORPORATION - NOTICE OF CASH DIVIDEND

Methanex Corp.'s board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of 18.5 U.S. cents per share. The dividend will be payable on Sept. 30, 2024, to holders of common shares of record on Sept. 16, 2024.

Methanex is a Vancouver-based, publicly traded company, and is one of the world's largest producers and suppliers of methanol to major international markets. Methanex shares are listed for trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange in Canada under the trading symbol MX and on the Nasdaq Global Select Market in the United States under the trading symbol MEOH.
