PLANTING HOPE CANCELS OPTIONS GRANTS

The Planting Hope Company Inc. is cancelling the entirety of the options grants that were approved for issuance by the board of directors on Dec. 27, 2023, and press released on Dec. 29, 2023. The total number of options cancelled was 3,870,121.

United States SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) 506 Regulation D financing update

The company would like to clarify that, per the press release issued on Dec. 29, 2023, it has opted not to proceed with the U.S. SEC 506 Reg D financing announced on Oct. 7, 2023. No financing dollars have been raised and no shares of the company have been issued pursuant to that financing.
