The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 3,407,464 subordinate voting (SV) shares at 10.8 cents per SV share to settle outstanding accrued interest payments of $368,091.15.

Total non-arm's-length-party involvement:  $3,595.62, 33,285 shares at 10.8 cents (three parties)

Total pro group involvement:  $2,974.25, 27,533 shares at 10.8 cents (three pro groups)
