Purchase price: 32 cents per share
Number of placees: 34 placees
Total existing insider involvement: 562,500 (three insiders)
Total pro group involvement: 956,250 (eight pro groups)
Finder's fee: $43,320 cash and 135,375 warrants
Finder's warrant terms: Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share at the price of 32 cents for a period of 12 months from the date of issuance.
Pursuant to corporate finance Policy 4.1, Section 1.9(e), the company issued a news release on Feb. 16, 2024, announcing the closing of the private placement.
