NOBEL ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF AGM

The nominees listed in Nobel Resources Corp.'s management proxy circular dated Oct. 4, 2024, for the annual and special meeting of shareholders of Nobel held on Nov. 15, 2024, were elected as directors of the company. Shareholders at the meeting also approved the appointment of the company's auditor, the company's stock option plan, and the company's restricted share unit and deferred unit plan.
