The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Nevada Copper Corp. will list additional shares at the open on May 30, 2023. As stated in its short form prospectus dated May 23, 2023, the company will issue 196,038,400 units at 27 cents per unit in a public offering, with each unit consisting of one share and one-half warrant.

According to the TSX, each whole warrant will entitle the holder to acquire one share at 34 cents for 16 months following the closing of the offering. The TSX has issued a separate bulletin regarding the listing of the warrants underlying the units.
