The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Nevada Copper Corp. will list 98,109,200 warrants at the open on May 30, 2023. According to the TSX, the warrants will trade under the symbol NCU.WT.C, in Canadian dollars and with Cusip No. 64128F 15 8.

As stated in its short form prospectus dated May 23, 2023, the company will issue 196,038,400 units at 27 cents per unit in a public offering, with each unit consisting of one share and one-half warrant. Each whole warrant will entitle the holder to acquire one share at 34 cents for 16 months following the closing of the offering. The warrant agent is Computershare Trust Company of Canada at its principal offices in Vancouver.

The TSX has issued a separate bulletin regarding the listing of the shares underlying the units.
