Neo Exchange Inc. has granted final approval for the listing of transferable depositary receipts (Canadian depositary receipts or CDRs) to be issued in one or more series, as described in Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce's short form base shelf prospectus dated July 19, 2021. Each series of CDRs relates to a single class of equity securities (the underlying shares) of an issuer incorporated outside of Canada.

Pursuant to the prospectus supplement dated June 15, 2022, to the base prospectus, the series of CDRs for the underlying shares indicated in the attached table will be listed.
