NICKEL NORTH - RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
Dr. Jingbin Wang has resigned from Nickel North Exploration Corp.'s board of directors. The board has
accepted Dr. Wang's resignation and wishes to thank Dr. Wang for his service and dedication to the
company. Dr. Tony Guo, president and chief executive officer of the company, said, "The board is grateful for the
valuable contributions that Mr. Wang has made to the company and wishes him all the best in his
future endeavours."
Dr. Wang will continue serving the company as senior adviser to offering strategic guidance and
supporting the leadership team in achieving the company's goal during this new phase of his
involvement to Nickel North.
