NEXTECH3D.AI ANNOUNCES FISCAL 2024 AUDITED FINANCIALS TO BE RELEASED JULY 29TH, STRENGTHENS CORE TEAM AS PART OF STRATEGIC TURNAROUND

Nextech3D.AI Corp. will release its fiscal 2024 audited financial statements on Monday, July 29, 2025.

As part of its continuing turnaround and commitment to long-term growth, Nextech3D.AI has made a series of targeted hires across key departments -- reinforcing its ability to scale AI-powered (artificial intelligence) 3-D model production and meet growing market demand.

New team additions include:

• Max Feldman -- sales executive: a seasoned sales professional with a background in account and business development across SaaS (software as a service) and technology platforms; Mr. Feldman brings expertise in building partnerships and driving revenue growth;
• Nikhil Sawlani -- spatial map developer: AR (augmented reality) navigation/spatial computing, with deep experience in computer vision, cloud migration and AR systems integration -- including work with ARway and Nextech3D.AI;
• Shadnam (Shabnam) Khan -- business transformation adviser: product and operations strategy leader with a strong record in technology-driven transformation; notable experience at MultiSet AI and IBM prior to joining Nextech3D.AI;
• Paulina Pilich -- 3-D production: based in Europe, Ms. Pilich has a background in production documentation and continuous improvement co-ordination; she brings precision and organizational rigour to expanding the company's 3-D content workflows;
• Hajra Spall -- marketing manager: Ms. Spall joins with a strong background in multichannel campaigns, brand building and data-led storytelling -- perfectly complementing the company's strategy to amplify Nextech3D.AI's market presence.
