The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Numinus Wellness Inc. will list additional shares at the open on Feb. 12, 2024. As stated in the prospectus supplement dated Feb. 5, 2024, to the short form prospectus dated June 27, 2023, the company is issuing 50 million units at 12 cents per unit, with each unit consisting of one common share and one common share purchase warrant.

According to the TSX, the warrants will be exercisable at 18 cents per share for 24 months following the closing of the offering. The warrants will not be listed and posted for trading on the TSX.
