The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that the closing of Numinus Wellness Inc.'s prospectus offering of 50 million units has been delayed from Feb. 12, 2024, to Feb. 14, 2024. Accordingly, the additional shares will be listed at the open on Feb. 14, 2024, instead of Feb. 12, 2024.
