The TSX reports that the warrants are exercisable at $3 per share. Trades in the warrants on May 2, 2024, will settle on May 3, 2024, trades on May 3, 2024, will settle on May 6, 2024, and trades from the open to 12 p.m. Toronto time on May 6, 2024, will settle on the same day.
