The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Nexus Industrial REIT will list an additional 7.3 million units at the open on Dec. 8, 2022. According to the TSX, the listing will cover units to be issued at $10.30 per unit, pursuant to the terms of a prospectus supplement dated Dec. 5, 2022.
