NEXUS INDUSTRIAL REIT ANNOUNCES FOURTH QUARTER AND YEAR-END 2023 RESULTS DATE

Nexus Industrial REIT intends to release its financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended Dec. 31, 2023, before the opening of the Toronto Stock Exchange on Thursday, March 14, 2023.

Management of the real estate investment trust will host a conference call at 10 a.m. Eastern Standard Time on Thursday, March 14, 2024, to review the financial results and operations.
