NEXUS INDUSTRIAL REIT ANNOUNCES FIRST QUARTER RESULTS DATE

Nexus Industrial REIT intends to release its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2024, before the opening of the Toronto Stock Exchange on Wednesday, May 15, 2024.

Management of the REIT will host a conference call at 10 a.m. Eastern Standard Time on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, to review the financial results and operations.
