NEXTLEAF SOLUTIONS ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL AND SPECIAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

Nextleaf Solutions Ltd. has released the results of the company's annual general and special meeting of shareholders held in Vancouver, B.C., on Dec. 19, 2023.

At the meeting, the shareholders resolved to:

• Fix the number of directors at four;
• Elect Emma Andrews, Sam Kassem, Fred Bonner and Sherry Boodram as directors for the ensuing year;
• Reappoint Davidson & Company LLP as the company's auditor for the ensuing year at a remuneration to be fixed by the directors;
• Approve the company's shareholder rights plan agreement adopted by the board of directors.
