OLYMPIA FINANCIAL GROUP INC. ANNOUNCES DIRECTOR ELECTION RESULTS FROM ITS 2023 ANNUAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

At Olympia Financial Group Inc.'s annual meeting of shareholders held on June 19, 2023, seven director nominees were elected as directors.

In addition, the reappointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as auditor of Olympia was approved.
