The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 405,034 shares at a deemed price of 12 cents in consideration of certain services provided to the company pursuant to an agreement dated Feb. 10, 2023.

Pro group involvement:  $48,064.08, 405,034 shares at 12 cents (one pro group)

The company shall issue a news release when the shares are issued.
