The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to the purchase and sale agreement dated Oct. 27, 2023, with four arm's-length parties to acquire a 100-per-cent interest in the new Eastmain claims, whereby the company paid an aggregate $500,000 cash and issued 120,000 common shares.

Consideration:  $500,000 cash and 120,000 common shares
