The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Patriot Battery Metals Inc. will be listed and posted for trading on the TSX at the open on Feb. 1, 2024. According to the TSX, there will be 131,836,627 common shares of the company issued and outstanding, and 20,105,193 shares reserved for issuance. The shares will trade under the symbol PMET, in Canadian dollars and with Cusip No. 70337R 10 7.
The TSX reports that Patriot Battery is a hard-rock lithium exploration company
focused on advancing its district-scale 100-per-cent-owned
Corvette property, located in the Eeyou Istchee James Bay
region of Quebec, Canada. The company has not paid dividends to date and does not plan on paying any cash dividends in the forseeable future.
According to the TSX, Patriot Battery has been listed on the TSX Venture Exchange since July 14, 2022, under the symbol PMET. The company will be delisted from the TSX-V upon the start of trading on the TSX. The TSX notes that on Dec. 7, 2022, the
company's CHESS depository interests began trading on
the Australian Securities Exchange under the stock symbol PMT.
Patriot Battery's transfer agents and registrars are TSX Trust Company, at its principal offices in Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver and Calgary, and Automic Pty. Ltd. in Australia, at its office in Sydney. The company's fiscal year-end is March 31 and the temporary market-maker is National Bank Financial Inc.
