Pangea Natural Foods Inc. has provided a comprehensive corporate update as the company enters the second half of the year.

Headquartered in Vancouver, B.C., Pangea Natural Foods specializes in the development, production and distribution of plant-based, non-genetically modified food products that are free from fillers, antibiotics, hormones and bioengineered ingredients. Acquisition of Amino Innovations Corp.

On April 9, 2025, Pangea acquired 100 per cent of the issued and outstanding shares of Amino Innovations Corp., now operating as a wholly owned subsidiary of Pangea Natural Foods.

Amino Innovations is focused on delivering safe, needle-free peptide-based therapies designed to support everyday wellness. In contrast to traditional injectable peptide treatments, Amino's formulations are delivered through convenient oral and topical delivery methods. These products aim to support recovery, cognition, longevity, inflammation reduction, stress management, hair and skin health, and immune function.

The company's debut commercial product line includes seven flagship SKUs:

• Chill -- an oral capsule formulated with Dihydrohonokiol-B and pinealon peptide to help reduce stress and support calm mental focus;
• Skin -- a topical cream combining copper peptides and botanical hydrators to improve skin elasticity, smoothness and hydration;
• BPC -- a high-absorption capsule containing BPC-157 to promote joint, muscle and digestive recovery for active lifestyles;
• KPV -- a non-stimulant capsule containing lysine-proline-valine peptide to support a balanced inflammatory response and healthy immune function;
