PAN AMERICAN ENERGY CLOSES DEBT SETTLEMENT TRANSACTIONS

Further to the news release of May 29, 2024, Pan American Energy Corp. has issued 205,841 common shares in the capital of the company, at a deemed value of 20 cents per settlement share, in full and final settlement of accrued and outstanding debt to certain creditors of the company in the aggregate amount of $441,168.50.

All securities issued pursuant to the debt settlement transactions are subject to a statutory hold period expiring on Oct. 7, 2025, being the date that is four months and one day from the date of issuance in accordance with applicable Canadian securities legislation.
