Pursuant to a directors resolution dated May 20, 2022, the company has consolidated its capital on a one-new-for-five-old basis. The name of the company has also been changed as detailed below.

Effective at the market opening on Thursday, Aug. 18, 2022, the common shares of Premium Nickel Resources Ltd. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange and the common shares of North American Nickel Inc. will be delisted. The company is classified as a mineral exploration company.
