PREVECEUTICAL ANNOUNCES REVOCATION OF MANAGEMENT CEASE TRADE ORDER

Further to the company's news release dated June 28, 2024, Preveceutical Medical Inc. has completed the filings of its interim financial statements, the accompanying management's discussion and analysis, and related chief executive officer and chief financial officer certificates for the period ended March 31, 2024. Accordingly, the management cease trade order issued by the British Columbia Securities Commission on May 2, 2024, under National Policy 12-203 -- Management Cease Trade Orders, has been revoked and is no longer in effect.
