PREVECEUTICAL ANNOUNCES UPDATE TO PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Preveceutical Medical Inc., further to its news release dated Jan. 24, 2025, has received an extension from the Canadian Securities Exchange to close its non-brokered private placement of up to 10 million units of the company at a price of three cents per unit for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $300,000.

The private placement is expected to close on or about April 24, 2025, and is subject to the receipt of all necessary regulatory and other approvals, including, but not limited to, acceptance of the CSE. All terms of the private placement remain the same.
