The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 63,025 units at a deemed price of $1.785 per unit, in consideration of certain services provided to the company from Dec. 8, 2022, to June 8, 2023, pursuant to an agreement dated Sept. 8, 2022. Each unit comprises one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant is exercisable into one common share at $2.52 until June 8, 2026.

The company shall issue a news release when the shares are issued.
