PRIME MINING ANNOUNCES AGM VOTING RESULTS

Shareholder voting at Prime Mining Corp.'s annual general and special meeting of shareholders held on July 14, 2023, has resulted in the election of all directors listed as nominees in management's information circular dated June 9, 2023, as well as the approval of all matters presented.
