("Prime", or the "Company") (TSX.V: PRYM) (OTCQX: PRMNF) (Frankfurt: O4V3) is pleased to announce that it has granted a 200,000 incentive stock options (the "Options") and 64,795 deferred share units (the "DSUs") in accordance with the long-term incentive plan adopted by the Company. The Options were granted to an officer of the Company and are exercisable at a price of $1.08 per share for a term of five years. The Options will vest and become exercisable over an 18-month period with one-third vesting after six months from the date of grant, and further one-third vesting every six months thereafter. The DSUs were granted to a director of the Company and will vest after twelve months. Settlement of the DSUs will occur when the director resigns from the board, or in connection with a change of control, and is payable in either cash or common shares at the discretion of the board on the settlement date.
