PRAIRIESKY ROYALTY DECLARES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

PrairieSky Royalty Ltd.'s board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of 12 cents per common share, payable in cash on Oct. 14, 2022, to shareholders of record on Sept. 30, 2022. This dividend is designated as an eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes.
