PRAIRIESKY ROYALTY DECLARES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

PrairieSky Royalty Ltd.'s board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of 24 cents per common share, payable in cash on Jan. 16, 2023, to shareholders of record on Dec. 30, 2022. This dividend is designated as an eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes.
