PRAIRIESKY ROYALTY DECLARES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

PrairieSky Royalty Ltd.'s board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of 26 cents per common share, payable in cash on April 15, 2025, to shareholders of record on March 31, 2025. This dividend is designated as an eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes.
