New expiry date of warrants:  May 11, 2023

Original exercise price of warrants:  $11.50

New exercise price of warrants:  $4.25

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 17,647,200 common shares (preceding a 1:10 consolidation) with 17,647,200 share purchase warrants attached (preceding a 1:10 consolidation), which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective Feb. 23, 2021.
