EVOLVE NASDAQ TECHNOLOGY INDEX FUND BEGINS TRADING TODAY ON TSX

Evolve Nasdaq Technology Index Fund has closed its initial offering of units and will begin trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange today under the ticker symbol QQQT.

Evolve Nasdaq seeks to replicate, to the extent reasonably possible and before fees and expenses, the performance of the Nasdaq-100 Technology Sector Adjusted Market-Cap Weighted Index, or any successor thereto. The index is designed to measure the performance of the technology companies in the Nasdaq-100 Index, which measures the performance of 100 of the largest non-financial companies listed on Nasdaq. The index consists of a selection of securities in the Nasdaq-100 Index which must be classified as a technology company (that is, any company classified under the technology industry) according to the industry classification benchmark (ICB). No issuer weight may exceed 10 per cent of the index.

The fund will be market-capitalization-weighted and rebalanced quarterly. The attached chart sets out the TSX ticker symbol for the units of the fund.
