The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a field exploration agreement between Rock Tech Lithium Inc. and Bingwi Neyaashi Anishinaabek, Biinjitiwaabik Zaaging Anishinaabek and the Red Rock Indian Band. Consideration is 750,000 common share purchase warrants. Each first nation group will receive 250,000 share purchase warrants. Each warrant is exercisable into one common share at $6.08 for five years from issuance.
