REVOLUGROUP CANADA INC. ANNOUNCES VIRTUAL ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Revolugroup Canada Inc.'s annual general meeting (AGM) of shareholders will be held virtually on Jan. 8, at 11 a.m. The meeting will provide shareholders with an opportunity to gain insights into the company's financial performance, strategic direction and key developments, and will also include the appointment of the auditor and the election of directors.

Revolugroup's chief executive officer, Gavin McMillan, is presently in Europe, where he is engaging in productive discussions with existing and potential clients and partners. His journey is also set to include a meeting with the board to craft a three-year strategic plan in preparation for the AGM. This trip shows the company's dedication to improving its services and growing its business. Revolugroup looks forward to updating shareholders as it progresses forward.

In addition, the company also announces the issuance of one million incentive share options under its 10-per-cent rolling stock option plan, with the options expiring 24 months from the grant date. Should the announced options be exercised in the term, the aggregate amount payable to the corporate treasury would be $50,000.
