The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 822,044 common shares to settle interest payment to debentureholders for $291,414.51, with respect to the $5.35-million of 14.0 per cent senior unsecured convertible debentures due Dec. 31, 2025, issued on Feb. 8, 2023.

Further to the news release dated July 7, 2023, the company shall issue a news release when the shares are issued and the debt extinguished.
