The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 1,602,120 common shares to settle an interest payment to debentureholders for $331,800, with respect to the $5.35-million of 14.0 per cent senior unsecured convertible debentures due Dec. 31, 2025, issued on Feb. 8, 2023.

The TSX Venture Exchange has also accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 2,336,000 common shares to settle an interest payment to debentureholders for $484,793, with respect to the $7.3-million of 12.0 per cent senior unsecured convertible debentures due June 30, 2025, issued on June 12, 2023.

Further to the news release dated Dec. 8, 2023, the company shall issue a news release when the shares are issued and the debt extinguished.
