The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 380,804 common shares at a deemed price of 17.72 cents per common share, in consideration of certain services provided to the company pursuant to an agreement dated Feb. 9, 2024.

Number of service providers:  one creditor

The company shall issue a news release when the shares are issued and the debt extinguished.
