The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a property purchase agreement dated Dec. 30, 2022, whereby the company may acquire a 100-per-cent interest from two arm's-length vendors in two claim blocks located in the Slocan mining division of British Columbia. Consideration is two million common shares.
