ROKMASTER FILES PEA TECHNICAL REPORT FOR THE REVEL RIDGE PROJECT

Rokmaster Resources Corp. has completed and filed a technical report, prepared in accordance with National Instrument 43-101, for its previously announced preliminary economic assessment for its Revel Ridge project, located in the Revelstoke area of southeastern British Columbia.

A summary of the PEA results was announced in Rokmaster's news release dated Dec. 29, 2023. The report titled, "Revel Ridge Project, NI 43-101 Technical Report and Preliminary Economic Assessment," has been filed on SEDAR+ and can be viewed at SEDAR+ under Rokmaster's profile. A copy of the technical report will also be available on Rokmaster's website.

The company also announces that it intends to extend the exercise period by one year for two million share purchase warrants issued in connection with a non-brokered private placement financing on Feb. 16, 2023. The warrants have an original expiry date of Feb. 16, 2024. All other terms and conditions of the warrants remain unchanged, including their exercise price of 17.5 cents. The warrant extension is subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
