The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension in the expiry date of the following warrants.

Private placement

Number of warrants:  two million

Original expiry date of warrants:  Feb. 16, 2024

New expiry date of warrants:  Feb. 16, 2025

Exercise price of warrants:  17.5 cents, subject to an acceleration clause

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of four million shares with two million share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective March 2, 2023.
