SAPUTO INC.: 2025 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS AND FISCAL 2026 FIRST QUARTER RESULTS

Saputo Inc.'s annual meeting of shareholders will be held on Aug. 8, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. Eastern Time, in a hybrid format. The meeting will be conducted in person at Lumi Experience -- 1250 Rene-Levesque Blvd. West, Suite 3610, Montreal, Que., H3B 4W8, and by live webcast.

First quarter fiscal 2026 results

Saputo will release its first quarter fiscal 2026 results on Thursday, Aug. 7, 2025. A press release will be issued after markets close, and a conference call is scheduled on Friday, Aug. 8, 2025, at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time, to discuss the company's results. The speakers will be Carl Colizza, president and chief executive officer, and Maxime Therrien, chief financial officer and secretary.
