SILVER BULLET MINES CORP. PROVIDES CORPORATE UPDATES

Silver Bullet Mines Corp. shareholders, pursuant to the annual and special shareholder meeting, which was held in Burlington, Ont., on June 21, 2022, have voted overwhelmingly in favour of all management resolutions proposed in the management information circular including the reapproval of Silver Bullet's stock option plan, the approval of Grant Thornton LLP as Silver Bullet's auditors, the approval to fix the number of directors at seven, the approval to amalgamate Silver Bullet with its wholly owned subsidiary Silver Bullet Mining Inc. and the approval to change the name of the company to Silver Bullet Mines Inc.

In addition, John Carter, Peter M. Clausi, J. Birks Bovaird, Ron Murphy and Eric Balog were re-elected to the board of directors. Mr. Carter will continue as chief executive officer and Mr. Bovaird will continue as chair of the board. Brian Crawford will continue as chief financial officer and corporate secretary.
