SILVER BULLET ANNOUNCES BOARD RESIGNATION

John MacKenzie has resigned from Silver Bullet Mines Corp.'s board of directors, effective June 30. The company thanks Mr. MacKenzie for his contribution and wishes him success in all future endeavours.

The board is actively engaged in identifying and evaluating alternatives with respect to the appointment of a new director to fill the vacancy left by Mr. MacKenzie.
