SPROTT INC. ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF ITS ANNUAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

Sprott Inc. has released the results of its annual meeting of shareholders held on May 8, 2024. All resolutions put forward in the management information circular dated March 19, 2024, to its shareholders were approved.

Results of the matters voted on at the meeting are set out in the attached table.

Appointment of auditor

KPMG LLP, chartered accountants, was reappointed as auditor of Sprott and the board of directors of Sprott was authorized to fix the auditor's remuneration and terms of engagement.

Votes for:  98.881 per cent

Votes withheld:  1.119%
