SPROTT INC. ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF ITS ANNUAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

Sprott Inc. has released the results of its annual meeting of shareholders, held on May 7, 2025. All resolutions put forward in the management information circular, dated March 18, 2025, to its shareholders were approved.

Results of the matters voted on at the meeting are set out in this news release.

Election of directors

Sprott's seven director nominees were elected, as detailed in the attached table.

Appointment of auditor

KPMG LLP, chartered accountants, was reappointed as the auditor of Sprott, and the board of directors of Sprott was authorized to fix the auditor's remuneration and terms of engagement.

Votes for:  98.600 per cent

Votes withheld:  1.400 per cent
