The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Skeena Resources Ltd. will list additional shares at the open on Feb. 26, 2025. According to the TSX, the listing will cover 3.29 million common shares to be issued at $14.70 per share and 2.23 million flow-through (FT) common shares to be issued $17.93 per FT share, pursuant to the terms of the prospectus supplement dated Feb. 20, 2025, to the short form base shelf prospectus dated Jan. 31, 2023.
