The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Solaris Resources Inc. will list an additional 7.15 million common shares at the open on June 10, 2024. According to the TSX, the listing will cover shares to be issued at $4.90 per share, pursuant to the terms of the company's short form prospectus dated June 3, 2024.
